PICOLO-MONDO by Mahiuki Properties LDA, is our trademark and is used to distinguish our online booking and sale services from accommodation in PICOLO-MONDO Property (s).
This mark is registered and is the exclusive property of Mahiuki Properties LDA, and is therefore protected against copying, reproduction or any other use without the prior written permission of the same, under national and international law.
The information on this website, namely the domain, logos, illustrations, photographs, films, contents, texts, graphics and attached documents are property of PICOLO-MONDO of Mahiuki Properties LDA.
The download, copying, modification, transmission, distribution, reproduction or return, in whole or in part, for commercial or other purposes, without the prior written permission of PICOLO-MONDO of Mahiuki Properties LDA shall also be expressly prohibited.
CHECK IN, CHECK OUT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Check-in at our Hotel can be done from 4 pm and check-out until 11am.
The hotel will accept late check-in until 11pm.From that time, a no-show will be treated as no show unless the guest has contacted the hotel prior to that time requesting a late check-in.
It is also possible to request a late check-out, and for this purpose, contact the Hotel Reception. Additional fees may apply.
You should only consider your reservation completed and effective upon receipt of the written confirmation from PICOLO-MONDO of Mahiuki Properties LDA.
All reservations will be subject to a cancellation policy. If the check-in is not made on the estimated date of arrival, this may incur a fee.
The PICOLO-MONDO of Mahiuki Properties LDA also reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of suspicion of reservation with mistake / mistake, invalid credit card and fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or, if you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation free: If the reservation is canceled or modified up to 21 days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled or modified less than 21 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the client will be penalized in the total amount of the stay.
PAYMENT METHODS
PICOL-MONDO of Mahiuki Properties LDA accepts, as methods of payment, the following:
- Bank transfer, with proof sent within 24 hours of booking, to email [email protected];
- Credit card;
- Payment via Stripes.
Payment terms:
The guest must pay 50% of the total cost of the stay at the time of booking for it to be confirmed, and the remaining 50% up to 21 days before check-in.
INSURANCE
The PICOLO-MONDO of Mahiuki Properties LDA, recommends to its clients the purchase of a Complete Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy cover, but not be limited to, the following: loss of payment for cancellation, loss or damage to personal luggage, loss of money and medical treatment expenses, inasmuch as it will not be responsible for any vicissitude that results from the listing above.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Notwithstanding the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions, PICOLO-MONDO of Mahiuki Properties LDA shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or consequential damages, including, but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of use , loss of opportunity, arising out of the performance or non-performance of the obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
DATA PROTECTION
The data that you make available on our website will be treated by PICOLO-MONDOof Mahiuki Properties LDA, in the scope of commercial management related to reservations, purchases and other customer support, not making your data available for purposes not foreseen in its data protection policy, available for consultation here.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT FORUM
The products and / or services described and available on this website may not be available in your country.
